A beautiful cake smash session with a gorgeous family from World Golf Village! I love designing unique and fun set ups for all my families that come to me for birthday photo shoots, and make sure that I really understand what they have envisioned before I start planning their session. Cluadine knew she wanted white pink, and gold for her daughter’s first birthday set up and then we incorporated little gold butterflies and twinkle lights… perfection! I never expect families to know what they want as their theme when they come to me; a big part of what I do is to plan out your photo session with you so it takes away the stress of having to do it yourself. Afterall, raising a baby is hectic enough and sometimes it’s just nice to sit back, relax, and let the professional plan it for you! I make sure to ask you about your baby’s special interests, sentimental or symbolic items in your life, and colors that will either go well in your home or that are well loved by you or your baby. Honestly, cake smash sessions are just FUN and I love every minute of them! We make sure to grab photos of you guys together as a family at the beginning before letting your baby get a taste of the cake, and then when they are done smashing their way through the session, we put them in my baby-sized claw foot bath tub to clean up… as I said, these sessions are fun!
