Meet St. Augustine’s Premier Newborn Photographer

Hello there!

Who doesn’t want to know a little more about the person who is being trusted to take their photos?! Here are 10 quick little facts about me that you may not know yet:

  1. My favorite way of spending my free time is with my toes in the sand. Preferably the beach, but sometimes I have to settle for a sandbox…

  2. I have lived in more than 4 different countries before moving to St. Augustine! This is why it makes me so happy when I have families ask to incorporate their own cultures into newborn and family sessions with me.

  3. My passion for art extends past photography into painting and sewing. Many times I will hand paint a backdrop for a Cake Smash theme or sew a new maternity gown to make a mama’s photo session extra special.

  4. I grew up in overalls… and they are still my favorite outfit choice! If you’ve chosen to have a studio session instead of an outdoor photo shoot you will probably see me in my most well-loved outfit: a t-shirt and loose overalls

  5. I am not a morning person. Nobody talks to me before I start drinking my coffee, which is why I will always recommend sunset shoots over sunrise ones

  6. I married my high school sweetheart. Sort of. It’s a great story, be sure to ask me about it!

  7. As a kid I wanted to study butterflies in South America (I’m still obsessed with them!), which is why I made sure to have a huge garden right outside my studio

  8. I’m so proud of the wrinkles by my eyes because it means that I’ve laughed a lot… And I still do, just you wait and see!

  9. My first “real” job was at Ben & Jerry’s and to this day I think of it whenever I smell waffle cones

  10. I keep a step stool in every room at home because I’m 5’2 and have absolutely no ability in reaching the top shelf. If you’re lucky, I’ll bring one to our photo shoot to get all those amazing angles of you and your family having fun together!

…And now I want to hear a little bit about YOU! Make my day and send me a little note to say Hello!
